Tupelo Press Writing Conference:  Austin, Texas

February 27 – March 1, 2015

6 of the 10 spots are filled!

As poets, the best way to make significant leaps in mastery of our craft is to explore the creative process, real-time. In this workshop we will use the poetry of Pablo Neruda as our model for guided, generative writing.
Our goal for you is to leave this workshop/conference with a clear sense of how to use the generative process through the lens of Neruda’s extraordinary methods, techniques and sources of inspiration, in order to invigorate (and better understand) your own practice of revision: what can your poems learn from Neruda, what can your old poems learn from your new poems?
