Artist Biography

Kelly studied art at the Artists Workshop, Vernice, Italy with Francis Lazatto and the International Academy for Creative Arts, Salzburg, Austria with Emilo Vedova and Windham College, Putney, Vermont with David Rohn and Chuck Giniver and the Torpedo Factory, Washington, DC with Robert Liberache.

Kelly studied photography with Jerry Lake at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
